IU’s goal is to become the leading major-university provider of high-quality online degrees, especially in the Midwest, and to provide select online programs which leverage IU’s unique strengths to a national and international audience. Through online programs, campuses seek to serve new student audiences. In support of these goals, the Office of Online Education promotes the IU Online brand through targeted digital marketing campaigns, supported by a 24/7 call center and the IU Online website.
