How to update IU Expand catalog and subcatalog administrators
Has your department experienced staffing changes since your first interactions with IU Expand?
If you'd like to add a new administrator to your catalog or subcatalog, here are some helpful instructions:
Fill out the request form to gain admin privileges in Expand.
- For question 5 in the form, list the name of your catalog/subcatalog (listed in your original MSA and SOW form). If you can't remember your catalog name, please reach out to iuexpand@iu.edu.
- For question 6, select "Subcatalog Admin."
- Note: The supervisor, as entered on the form, will review and approve the request before the request routes to the Canvas provisioning team. Please allow five business days for the Canvas provisioning team to adjust platform admin privileges.

If you need to remove administrators from your IU Expand catalog or subcatalog, you can easily do so by reaching out to iuexpand@iu.edu. The IU Expand team responds to all inquiries sent within one to three business days.
