IPE in the Online Classroom: An Easy to Use Tool for Active Learning

This webinar introduces you to a user-friendly learning tool that will enhance inter-professional education (IPE) within your online classroom. While a particular focus will be on the health sciences classroom, the tool is appropriate for any classroom. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with the tool during the webinar using their own devices.

Jennifer Hatfield MHS, CCC-SLP/L has a Master of Health Sciences degree from Governors State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Valparaiso University. In addition, she holds The American Speech Language Hearing Association’s Clinical Competence Certificate {CCC} and is licensed by the Indiana Speech Language Pathology and Audiology Board. Jennifer continues to manage and work clinically in her private practice of over 20 years, collaborating with many local health professionals, and will began coursework for her doctoral degree in fall of 2018. She teaches courses in the Health Sciences concentration of Speech Language Pathology as well as general Health Sciences courses. In addition, as many of her students will tell you, she is passionate about growth mindset, student success, professionalism and interprofessional education/collaboration.
