Stephanie Gray joins OCAP as associate director, Academic Programs
Stephanie Gray has joined the Office of Collaborative Academic Programs as associate director. In this role, Gray works with faculty, administrators, and staff across all IU campuses to support the development, implementation, and assessment of collaborative online degree programs.
Gray has extensive experience with student and academic affairs, program and project management, course development, and degree planning. At the Kelley School of Business, she was associate director of professional development in Graduate Career Services and before that, associate director of student services for the Master of Science in Information Systems. She also served in the College of Arts and Sciences in the Liberal Arts and Management Program (LAMP), and as an assistant director for undergraduate admissions.
Allison Chatterjee joins OCAP as program manager
Allison Chatterjee has joined the Office of Collaborative Academic Programs as program manager. She develops and improves online courses using program assessment practices to track and measure learning outcomes. She also helps oversee IU's use of Quality Matters in online collaborative programs and evaluates and applies other evidence-based teaching and learning best practices.
In her previous role at Butler University, Chatterjee worked as an instructional designer, honing her skills in curriculum development, instructional design, psychometrics, and adult learning theories. At Marian University's Leighton School of Nursing and College of Osteopathic Medicine, she helped build curricula, created an assessment framework, and administered online, in-person, and hybrid courses. She was a founding faculty member of the college, where she taught gross anatomy and histology. She holds a PhD in Anatomy Education from Purdue University.
