The Office of Online Education (OOE) is seeking an assistant director for campus partner programs.
The assistant director serves as the lead program manager for the implementation and management of the online student services program, which is administered through separate and distinct multicampus partnerships for a suite of services that support IU’s online students.
The assistant director coordinates, communicates, and resolves issues among OOE, campus partner staff, key program stakeholders, and team members across all seven Indiana University campuses. This position also determines methods for ensuring strategic alignment and achievement through key metrics and goals established for the campus partners.
In consultation with the associate director for administration and the assistant vice president and director for the Office of Online Education, the assistant director for campus partner programs directs and develops the online student services program’s annual budget of approximately $1 million. This position also develops, manages, and coordinates communication and training plans for campus partner programs staff, and identifies and works with the campus partners to facilitate appropriate professional development opportunities.
A bachelor’s degree in higher education, adult education, or student affairs or related field is required, along with three years of student services and program management experience, including demonstrated experience building consensus in a competitive environment.
